I find that, as with other CoffeeCup programs, I can have two instances of the program running at the same time on the same computer, each with a different project.

A few more slide animation effects would be great, for example:

Crossfade / Fade over

Hello from sunny Bali
You can (at least on windows op)
Pin the shortcut for RCS to the bottom task bar thingy
Right click the shortcut and there are choices for your projects, you can open one then another by clicking on the project

You can do this with RSD, FF also

(don't know about any of the others as I don't have)

I'm just getting used to it and like what it can do.

I think it would be great if we could have a container link object similar to the picture link object. This would allow me to include a link on a container (even if it had multiple lines of text) that the user could click on to go to a details page for the slide.

- It would be great if we can increase the number of nested divs allowed.

- If we could get the unit switcher (like RBB and RFF) inside of RCS it would be wonderful!

Definitely need to be able to link an entire slide to another page on the site. Many other sliders have this and it's something that is commonly done.

My suggestion would be to take a look at Revolution Slider Standalone Editor (Jquery version). It is much cheaper and does so much more. It also comes with may excellent examples which can be used. I should like to see RCS be competitive with this in respect of both content and price.

Just fyi the product you are talking about is $34US (16+18) for every site that you use a slider. That can add up really fast. The licence is per single site use. Compared to RCS where you can build as many sliders as your heart desires. Also, CC runs so many sales and specials you can usually get it cheaper than the $69 which is still pretty cheap.

I think it's been suggested before, but I'd love to have a cross-fade transition option.
Being able to fade directly from one slide to the next would be great and open up some cool visual options.

For a relative newbie like me, dependent on the themed examples to understand how the app really works, I would love to be able to have two projects open simultaneously and the ability to switch between windows. It's a bit of a pain having to save what I'm doing, close my project and open one of the themes in order to check or re-check how to do something.

Is there a plan for a feature like this to be available? (This suggestion also applies to Responsive Site Designer).

I can see the app is really powerful and you've done a great job on the interface, however, the "user manual" is a bit "thin" for someone like me :-(

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
