Variable submenus?

I have been experimenting but I can't seem to get this to work - I start with a horizontal menu place a break point then past the break I change it to vertical menu. in the vertical menu I place a submenu - I want the submenu to appear only in the vertical version but it appears both horizontal and vertical versions. Is there a way to do this?

Don't think so but thought I would see if someone has done it

Thanks!

Just hide the dropdown menu (make display=none) in the horizontal version. At the vertical menu breakpoint make sure to unhide (make display=block or flex or whatever you want it to be) to make sure that the submenu displays when the vertical menu is visible.
Once you accomplish the impossible, then you can move on to the hard stuff!

from memory (no longer use menu builder, too many problems) not sure you can do any of that in menu builder, flexing change display to sub-menu's using position (unless you mess about with the .css file after exporting. If I remember correctly you need change the Z index for the sub menu at the higher view port and bring it back to normal at the lower viewport

My bad. I misunderstood that this is a Menu Builder stream. I was talking about I do it in RSD. Sorry.
