They aren't using VSD, but Stephen, I would highly suggest you run your site page(s) through the HTML Validator as there are 89 errors at the moment on that page you linked.

Kinda hard to test a problem without a menu showing the problem.:) This is a non VSD site.
I think there's a few issues that need some attention before blaming the menu builder.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Here's my S-Drive site with
examples of what can be accomplished in VSD.

I don't know about anyone else - but I absolutely need the "target" attribute for the buttons. Certainly "_self" can be the default, but a "_blank" target is often needed.

I talked about this with Scott already - but wanted to post it as well. I know this can be added to the code after the fact, but that will probably mess up the ability to edit the menu, or at a minimum, be lost if the menu is edited.

Yes please!!

Deleted a menu item by accident and tried ctrl+z and Edit-Undo, nothing happens.

Undo/Redo is not implemented yet, but will be soon. ;)

Encountered the non-undo thing. Glad to know I wasn't hallucinating. Also need the ability to copy button style from one level to another.

Where can I look for a listing of the changes in the MenuBuilder updates? I've updated it twice, but I don't see what might be different.
I second all the requests among the earlier posts with a special emphasis on the target issue.
Thanks.

Hi Marjorie, here is where the changes should be listed . . .

Though it looks like they haven't posted them all.

A Suggestion:
Make it possible to change an already made vertical menu into a horizontal.
(and, just for future possibilities, horizontal to vertical..?..!)
Thanks

I own and have used both the flash and DHTML versions of CC's menu builder in the past, but recently have just been "rolling my own", or using some of the free CSS-based versions available online. Nonetheless, I was intrigued with CC's new Menu Builder paradigm, and recently purchased the tool. Now that I've been playing with it, I think it has real potential. Some things I've noticed have already been covered in this thread. Here are a few more:
    1. Ability to copy a color code from the "choose a color" dialog and paste it into another
    2. More than just one submenu level. Occasionally, I have a need for a submenu to a submenu item
    3. Ability to respond to the hover event for a submenu item
    4. Ability to modify fonts for submenu items

So far, I like the potential of this tool. I look forward to seeing how it evolves.

Aha! Submenu BUTTONS. What can I say? My comments #3 and #4 are already covered. I'll just need to get used to the differentiation between Menu/Menu Button and also Submenu/Submenu Button. Good work, CC. I promise to be more attentive before I post any more comments.

This has been covered, a lot, and we really hope CC adds this to the next version.

Well, I thought that would work! I must have been in another program. Hmmm....
