I must of been looking at a cached version.
Your page is missing a style sheet.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

This will work.
You may need to adjust the offset and or the if > 90.
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.11.2/jquery.min.js"></script>
<script>
$( document ).ready(function() {

var max_length1 = -1
$('#menu_2_sub_1 .text_menu_link').each(function() {
max_length1 = Math.max(max_length1, $(this).text().length);
if(max_length1 > 90){
max_length1 = max_length1 + 170}
});
//alert(max_length1);
$('#menuBuilder #nav ul #submenu_menu_2').width(max_length1 + "%");

var max_length2 = -1;
$('#menu_5_sub_1 .text_menu_link').each(function() {
max_length2 = Math.max(max_length2, $(this).text().length);
if(max_length2 > 90){
max_length2 = max_length2 + 120}
});
//alert(max_length2);
$('#menuBuilder #nav ul #submenu_menu_5').width(max_length2 + "%");
});
</script>

I grabbed the wrong version earlier. What the script does is counts the characters in each of the links then uses the highest count as the variable. Then the if statement checks if it's over 90 as that seemed to be a number of characters that worked without altering anything in the menu css. Then we just add some width to the ul holding the links. I didn't address the box shadow but it looks fine until CC can update the menubuilder.
If you end up with another submenu that has long links add another block of code and adjust the id to the id of the ul of the submenu.
Glad it worked for ya.
