Hi,

I created a menu on a site for a client and it is showing up on two lines for them but not for me. We both have Windows 7 and are using Chrome. I have already had them double check to see if they had their font set higher than 100% and that was all good. Anyone know why this would be happening? Here is the site menu in question:

Thanks! :)

Hmmm i would suggest that it is something on your clients end that is causing the display issue. I have checked on multiple browsers and everything looks fine to me.

Thanks! Me, Too! I just can't figure it out. I have tried to recreate it and can't. I have also had him check everything I can think of and all his settings seem the same as mine. Humm?

Could he be seeing a cached page? Have him clear his cache to see if that may be it.

Another option would be to have him provide screenshots and the width he is viewing the site at.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
