Multiple menus on same page

In searching the forums I found it is possible to have multiple menus (with different names) created with Menu Builder, on the same web page. The particular help article that I found: http://www.coffeecup.com/help/articles/ … to-a-page/ was dated April 2014. In the body of the article, it stated the issue would be addressed in a future release. That was 2 years ago. Has this ever been addressed?

I really would rather not go in and make all the corrections the article referenced. Any time I make a change in the menu, it would be necessary to go through the same process again.

Nope,
Best way i found was to do the changes in html after exporting, But now I don't even bother with menu builder anymore, (created my own responsive drop-down menu using css for RSD and now in FF they have got it all,, responsive menu, drop-down with either hover or toggle, and I believe soon to come responsive menu with slide in from left/right for smaller viewports.

Thanks Wayan. I am somewhat of a novice and know very little about css. Just thought it strange that at the bottom of the article in a highlighted box it states: These instructions are only provided as a temporary fix to the problem. We will be releasing an update to Menu Builder that will address this problem. Watch for the email announcement for when it is ready.

You would think 2 years would be sufficient time.

The Menu Builder, along with the Responsive layout maker, were the first responsive apps that CC built. I think that the intention was to follow up with updates (and there is a beta for MB which has not been released yet), but then all the rest of the responsive apps (RSD, RED, RCS, RFF... you name them...) took priority. They only have so many programmers that work for so many hours, so it is hard to tell when they bring out the beta MB. They might even have found some problems with it, which they want to sort before having the customers experience and gripe about them.

But 2 years is more than enough to be called 'soon' (right, Scott? ;) ), so we ought to have some clarification about this from the CC head quarters.
Ha en riktig god dag!

That is an article for an older version of Menu Builder (1.0). If you use version 1.5, all you have to do is give each menu a unique ID and Class under the Design > Selectors.

I have Menu Builder 1.5 and RSD.
In MB I created a horizontal menu for top of page and it works fine. Then I created the same menu with a different name as a vertical menu and fixed the HTML so that it stays narrow and to the side as user scrolls and is unobtrusive and opens up and closes with a tap. Neat!
Each works great separately, but when I place them ON THE SAME PAGE the vertical menu won't work and seems to point to the horizontal menu or at least makes the horiz button flash for a second.
I have NarrowMenu as Class and ID for one and WideMenu Class and ID in the other.
Separate Headers and Body Contents of course.
With 1.5 I thought the Class and ID would solve the problem without modifications to Nav-button and menubuilder names.
Live in a steady joy!

Hi Dick,
Can you share a link so we can see the issue?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
