I see you have the menu put into a folder called navigation. The links you have to the css and js folders do not include that. it has to be navigation/menu-ltgreen-teal/css/... and navigation/menu-ltgreen-teal/js/...

If correcting that also doesn't work, try lifting the menu-ltgreen-teal with all its content out of navigation and place it just in the root. I've seen before that these responsive apps don't like too many subfolders. And in that case don't include 'navigation' in the path.

OK taking it out of the Navigation folder and putting it in the root folder worked. It is not displaying exactly right, but it is no longer a list and it may just be a break point issue. . Thank You for your help.
