Menu arrows for drop downs now appear as small squares

I created a menu years ago for www.charlaphotography.com using CoffeeCup Free DHTML Menu Builder Version 2.2. The arrows to denote drop downs used to appear as small arrows the same color as the font color. Now they appear as small, black outlined rectangular boxes. Does anyone know of a fix for this? Thank you.

Looks as if the browser can't find the arrows. They are expected to be in the scripts folder. Are you sure they are there?

"Looks as if the browser can't find the arrows. They are expected to be in the scripts folder. Are you sure they are there?" Are you saying they should be a photo? I couldn't find any commands to call up a photo. I wondered if there is supposed to be a command creating the arrows, since they previously had matched the font color of the menu items. Thanks so much for your assistance.

They are small images. I used the DHTML menu builder a lot in the old days.

Thanks. I finally found the .gif's in an old backup, and I've tried uploading them to the site, but they are still not displaying. Any thoughts on where they should live on the site? I've tried three different directories (img, images, and scripts). Thanks so much.

According to the dhtml script, they should be in the same folder as the script file, but if that doesn't work (did you try clearing the cache?), try putting them in the same location as the files where they are supposed to be displayed. It's so long since I used this menu, and I don't have it any more to test with.

Hi!
Look at the attachments, you can let disapear the caret on mouseover.
The PNGs are automatically exported into the images-folder.
Look after having written all filenames in small letters because of linux-server.

I have cleared the cache. The gifs are still not displaying correctly. As I wrote, I put the gifs in the scripts, images and img files. The names are the gifs are tri.gif, tridown.gif and trileft.gif. I'm viewing the site through Chrome. They still appear as small, black outlined rectangles.

Diane, could you zip up your menu, including the three .gif files and post it here? I used to get this to work 'in the old days', but I haven't got that menu anywhere now.
