I'm new to Menu Builder. I created a horizontal menu and then exported to a page titled: testing.html.
I'm doing something wrong because it doesn't display correctly.
In Menu Builder, after clicking Export, I was asked what folder to put it in. I put it in the folder my web page is in which is 2017 MWR.
I then did Step #1 and Step #2 which was to copy/paste the code.
I then did Step #3 which was to click the 'Open in Finder' button. This placed a folder titled MWR Horizontal menu_exported into folder: 2017 MWR.
Please note: The actual menu is MWR Horizontal Menu.html. If I click this file the menu displays correctly. So I'm obvious not putting something in the correct place in.
Please see my attached files for clarity.

Your best bet is actually to zip your menu project file and post it here, or alternatively upload it to dropbox. It's hard to see what is going on in those images.

Do you mean you want me to send the file created by Menu Builder named: MWR Horizonal Menu.html? or do you want the folder that was imported over with all its contents? That is named: MWR Horizonal Menu_exported.
The menu builder creates a file with the extension .mb . That is the file we need to see. Also, if you have a web page where you have added this menu, it would be good to see that too.

The menu I created is a horizontal menu with drop down menus but that is not how it displays. I have attached a screenshot of how the menu display on a webpage. I also attached the .mb file.

I don't have menu builder,, but it looks to me from the screen shot that you haven't put the css file into your app (or it's not in the right place or you haven't put the link in your header to the css file
