In Internet Explorer, hovering over...
I've got a strange glitch here. In every browser except IE, the menu I built in Menu Builder seems to function perfectly. However, in Internet Explorer (I'm using version 10) when you hover over a menu button (or usually the second hovered menu button), it pushes over the entire div section below it to the right (further to the right as you hover over menu buttons further to the right). Additionally, it pushes down my footer div and, strangest of all, the submenu actually appears way down within the footer area!
I've attached an image of the glitch occurring in IE10 as I'm hovering over the "CONTACT" menu item. You can preview my test page here: http://faithtoday.com/index-test.php
Any ideas on how I can overcome this in IE? Thanks, in advance, for any advice.
P.S. What I'm doing is converting a Flash menu to a CSS menu. The original Flash menu is still on all other pages of this website, until I get this working in IE, of course. :-)
It's unusual to have the DOCTYPE after the <html> tag.

Thank you so much. I forgot the doctype was coming in from a PHP includes file that had been moved below the HTML tag. No telling how much longer I would have been racking my brain on that one. :-)
I really appreciate your taking a look and catching that for me.
All the very best to you!
