This is a great addition to the CC family! When will this be integrated into your RSD, FF, and your BB products?

Hey Chuck!

I answered this yesterday on Twitter:

Here's a recap:

Not entirely sure just yet. For now you can test designing with @getbootstrap 3 (and 4) with #cssgrid (versus float / flex grids). We don’t feel the @ZURBfoundation 6 and @getbootstrap 4 flex grids are future proof. We created Free CSS Grid Builder to get feedback.

Feedback on working with #ccsgrid in these frameworks sans their grid systems. Give it a shot https://cssgrid.cc/#get-grid-builder … and let us know!

Did you know that Web Form Builder can be used for both simple and complicated forms and that it's not limited to the default fonts and buttons? Take a look at a form we developed for WindowTinting.com.

Thanks Bob. I AM one of those who does not go on Twitter :) but I did read your tweet, Also, it seems that CSS Grid Builder does nothing in the Edge (v15) browser. Are you planning to support it?

Hey Chuck,

Support is not up to us :P At the top of the CSS Grid tutorial page there is a section about browser support. It mentions how browser vendors have been working like crazy to get this in. For Edge, it will be fully supported in V16 (next release).

Thanks Bob. Yeah I know that Edge v16 will support CSS Grid Layout. I was hoping that your team would also support v15 with the -ms- hack until then. I am working with your product and see a lot of potential for it in my work, but I am a heavy MS client base developer and they LOVE Edge (go figure).

Hope to have more feedback soon though!

Would your advice be not using Foundation6 if it's not future proof?

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
