I think we have to wait for some updated versions of RSD, RLM, RCM etc before we can use the full potential of the CPM.
(Grief, I see my reply looks quite cryptic with all those abbreviations...)

I know that, Brian, but as to the import, we are waiting for updated versions of the afore mentioned programmes.

Inger, I think we interpreted the question differently. To answer it from both perspectives:

To Import:

If by import and export you mean between CPM and other Coffeecup programs, CC is working on that now. The new version of RSD that will soon be released is fully integrated with CPM.

I have Website Color Schemer, is this a new product which I need to purchase.

Have not seen it before?

Color Schemer is for choosing your color palette, and it will manage a color palette. Color Palette Manager CPM is for managing multiple palettes. Once you start using it, you'll find out just how truly handy it is. You can store multiple palettes and access them with one click. In addition, the next version of RSD will have CPM integrated in.

CPM is not a necessity, but it just makes getting color codes from your palette incredibly quick and easy. Besides, it's only $9. You will probably find it a very useful companion to Color Schemer. (Oh, and just so you know, I don't work for Coffeecup. My recommendation is based on my own personal use.)

Cheers!

Thanks Brian, I bought it soon after I posted.

But WCS is no longer in my download list and was gone before I purchased this new product.

Website Color Schemer

This program has been discontinued and is no longer maintained or supported. Checkout Color Palette Manager instead.

The new color program does everything you need that WCS did. Just play with the settings a little and the buttons and such and you'll find it all. Mostly I used it for finding a specific color number from a website or photo etc., or for altering a color that was currently being used on a site and so on. This can all be done in the new CPM so you should be able to do without WCS now.
