Hi -

My client's webform has suddenly stopped working. After filling out the form and clicking the submit button the webpage goes blank. No information is given and viewing the page source is blank. Normally a message is displayed telling the user the form was successfully sent and that a copy of the form results was sent to the supplied email and then my client receives an email with the form results and neither was sent. The Comment form (http://www.chocolatefountainsofsacramen … nsive.html) does the same thing.

URL: http://www.chocolatefountainsofsacramen … e-new.html
OS: Windows 10
Version of Web Form Builder: 2.10.Build 5575
Registered: Yes
Steps taken to create the issue: Submitted filled out online form
Does it occur every time: Yes.
Can you recreate the issue on another computer and/or web browser: Yes and yes (Edge/Safari/Firefox)

I submitted your form (the Comment form) and it happened just as you said; just an empty page. Did you (or your client) get the form I submitted (Name: Inger)?

There is a new and updated version of WFB in the works, should be launched soon. If your problem is related to the PHP version of your server, at least that seems to have been fixed.

I'm using Windows 11 and Firefox.
Ha en riktig god dag!

I decided to create a new form without CAPTCHA and the submit worked but the email generated failed to send due to: "This message has been rejected because it has an overlength date field which can be used to subvert Microsoft mail programs." Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Rick,
Were waiting on an update to fix the Form Builder. It should be released as soon as testing is done.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Any idea of a date when the new version of Web Form Builder will be released?
