The Scheduler feature in this program allows you to set up a time to re-scan your website in the future. This means that the website search present on your site will be up-to-date and you will not have to manually update the pages. This tool will even upload your new files to the server automatically, after it has finished the re-scan.
This feature is only available in the Registered version of the program.
Customize the scan for a time when you are not likely to be on the computer. If you would like the scan to run when you first start the computer, make sure to put a check in that field. Adding a project to the Scheduler is a three step process and is shown below.

Step 1: Locating your Website Search file. Use the browse button to locate the XML file on your computer.

Step 2: Choosing the server you want to upload the files to. If you have not set up a Server, click the Choose Server button and click the Add button. See the Server Profile tutorial.

Step 3: Select the folder you want to upload the files to. This requires you connect to the server and actually choose the folder.

This is how the screen appears after you finish the Scheduler process. The Log tab at the bottom will display any FTP errors, as well as the scanning process, when the program re-scans your site. (See image below.)
