Creating an FTP Upload Schedule
To access the FTP upload schedule, click the 
button, then check the Custom FTP Upload box. Now you can access the schedule under the Options button.
This box will display your current FTP upload schedule. You can add, edit, or delete dates from this screen.
This screen allows you to enter the information for when the upload will take place. If you click the Control key, you can specify any number of days, hours, or minutes. If you hold down the Shift button, you can select a series.
