The Font Designer options are divided into three main parts in the CoffeeCup StyleSheet Maker++: the Font Family, Font Size, and Font Characteristics.
FONT FAMILY

Once you have a chosen an HTML tag, select which FONT will appear on the web browser when text is displayed in that tag. In this example, ARIAL has been selected to be the FONT. A second FONT and Generic Choice FONT can also be selected to heighten this effect, but they are not necessary.
FONT SIZE

Now choose the SIZE of the FONT. You have four different ways of representing the FONT SIZE.
Absolute: This is an index of font sizes kept by the browser.
Relative: Use this selection to make the FONT SIZE either larger or smaller than the font size of the Parent HTML Tag it lies within.
Length: This is the most commonly used way to adjust the FONT SIZE. Pick the pixel length you wish each letter to be.
Percentage: Use Percentage to size the text according to the size of the browser window.
FONT CHARACTERISTICS

These boxes determine the way the text will look overall on the web browser. Activate them by checking the appropriate box.
Weight: Specifies the weight of the font. Used to make the text lighter, bolder, or in degrees of weight.
Style: Specifies either italics, oblique, or normal text.
Decoration: It is used to add underlining, overlining, strike-out, or blinking effect to text. The most common way this is used is for Links (when you have "none" selected, the links will not have be underlined)
Transform: Makes all the text all lower case, all upper case, or capitalize the first letter in each word.
Variant: Lets you specify a small-caps style.
