Inserting Photo Gallery into VisualSite Designer

Here you will find step by step instructions on how to insert your photo gallery created by the Flash Photo Gallery into your VisualSite Designer.

First, after you are done creating the photo gallery, you need to save the project. I usually save the files in the same folder/directory on my computer that I save my VisualSite Designer files to easily locate later. After saving, a pop up will come up telling you what files you need to upload as well as the HTML code you need to paste into your site:

When this pop up appears you will click the "Copy to Clipboard" then open the page in VisualSite Designer that you want the Photo Gallery to appear in.

On the left hand side of VisualSite Designer you will see an option to insert HTML. Click that and create a box on your page. After a box is created, an HTML window will appear and you will paste the code into the body HTML field:

After the code has been added you would click "Ok" in the the corner causing the "Add Files Wizard" to appear:

You would leave the first option selected, and then click "Next" bringing up this window:

In this window you would click "Browse" to browse the files that are on your computer for the Photo Gallery XML file. Once again, to make this simple, I usually save the photo gallery files to the same directory on my computer that I save my VisualSite Designer Files to locate it easily. After you have your photo gallery XML file selected you click "Open" and it will add all the files needed to display on your website and show you them on the list:

After the files have been added, you simply click "Finish". The HTML box in VisualSite Designer will look like this after you are done adding files:

Now you are ready to upload your website. If you are not sure on how to setup/upload your site in VisualSite Designer please take a look at our video tutorials below.
