This tutorial will provide you with a brief walk through of CoffeeCup Flash Photo Gallery, familiarizing you with the features available.
After opening the program you will see the whole program, just like the image below. This is the design area and it allows you to change the look of the Photo Gallery to match your style. You can click on each portion of the design to choose the settings for that particular area. For now, change the background color and we will move on.
After changing the background color and any other settings you would like, click the "Create Photo Album" button. Upon clicking the button, another window, like the one below, will open. You will notice that an Album has already been created, you just need to add images. You can add more albums but we will only work with this one.

Click the Add Images button and you can choose between adding a whole folder or just files. After selecting your images your Album should appear similar to the one below. As you can see I have added an Album Title and Album Description, as well as a background color with a blue border.
You will also notice that one of the images I added has a black background color. This means the image is selected and if you look by the green arrows at the bottom of the screen, you will see an Image Caption area. Any text entered in this caption area will show as a drop down when that image is viewed in your Photo Gallery.

Use the green arrows to adjust the order of the images. Select an image and click one of the arrows and the image will shift over one place.
Now that you have added all your images and adjusted all your settings, click the Back to Gallery button. The window above will be closed and you will be taken back to the main design area of the program. You will see that your images now appear in the thumbnail area and the first image will be previewed.

Use the Preview button to look at your Photo Gallery before you Upload. You can see the drop down description for the image below.

Choose this button when you are ready to upload your files to your server.
