How do I put the applet code on my site?

To place the applet code into your webpage, you will need to have your finished applet open in the Java Applet program, and your webpage open in a text editor such as the CoffeeCup HTML Editor or Notepad. Once you have done this, follow these steps to insert the code into your page:

1.Go to the HTML tab of the Java Applet program, and click "Copy HTML to Clipboard"
2.Switch to your text editor (with your webpage open), and position your cursor at the point you would like the applet to be displayed.
3.Choose "Edit" > "Paste" to insert the code, then save your webpage.

**Remember: you will not be able to view the applet on your page until you have copied the .class file(s) into the correct directory.**
