Adding new Users

Your next step in creating a password applet will include making new users profiles. Simply click on the Users Tab in the Applet Password Wizard Program Window. Here is where you can add new users, delete users and load user profiles from a .txt file. You can also change the properties of each individual button.

To add new user, click New User.

To delete users, click the user you wish to delete, and then press Delete User.

To load users from a .txt file, click Load User. The instructions on how to create a .txt file for user files is also located here.

When you create a new user, you will be automatically taken to the User Properties Window. Here, You can enter the username and password. You also have the option of either having the user transported to the default link (defined in the Link Box in Step 2) or having a seperate link for each individual user. If you choose to have them taken to a default link, check Use Default Link. Otherwise, enter the link you wish the user to be taken to after entering a valid username and password in Link you can also select a link from browsing your hard drive by clicking the folder icon (Image). If you are using frame, you can also target a frame by selecting in the Frame drop downmenu or entering the name of an existing frame in this space.
