1. In the earlier versions of this program, there was a .settings file created. This file extension turned out to cause considerable trouble with servers which had IIS6 running. We have since changed this and the .settings file is now replaced with a .xml file. Please upgrade your program to at last version 4.0 and you shouldn't have any trouble.
2. This second issue again has to do with IIS6 (Do you see a pattern yet?). If you are using a server with IIS 6 installed and you use an eternal FTP program to upload your file, you will need to change the permissions on the files to 666. I you use our program to upload the files, this is automatically done.
