The toolbar houses all the functions of the program.  They may be found in other locations in the program but they are also found in one of these three menus.  The help menu you have probably already found since you are reading this help but the others contains all the functions found in the Buttons.

 

File:

 

New (Ctrl+N) - Opens the Wizard for a new Live Chat.

 

Open (Ctrl+O) - Brings up the interface for opening a saved file.

 

Save (Ctrl+S) - Saves the Live Chat you currently have open.

 

Exit - Exits the program

 

 

Tools:

 

Add Text (Ctrl+T) - Inserts a text object into your chat console.

 

Add Image (Ctrl+I) - Adds an image to the design area of your chat console.

 

Add Emoticons - Add the Emoticons drop down menu to your chat console.

 

Add Text Acronyms - Inserts the Text Acronyms drop down menu to your chat console

 

Upload (Ctrl+U) - Brings up the Save and Upload feature in the program.

 

Preview (Ctrl+P) - Opens a internal browser and displays your chat console.
