This is the area in the program here you can change the look of the chat to match your.  Each area here will be explained in detail. Click on an area in the image below and you will be taken to the help for that area.

 

There are three basic buttons across the top of the edit area which you can use to add items to your chat console. Add Text, Add Image and Emoticons.  For information on those buttons, take a look at Button section of the help file.

 

The Settings area on the right is where you will edit the characteristics for your chat console.  You can change the background, the font, the Send Button.  To learn more about each setting and what it does, take a look in the Settings tab help area.

 

The Advanced tab is where you will be able to customize your Unavailable and Welcome message.
