There isn't much to the Advanced tab and it really isn't that advanced, just a place for you to enter custom Welcome and Unavailable messages.

 

There are two fields in this tab, which allow you to enter customized messages your visitor will see when the enter into a chat with you.  These fields allow text only, no code.
