Cannot Log in to the Admin area.
There are a few reasons you may not be able to log into the Admin area.
- You did not upload the files to the exact URL you specified in Step 1 of the setup. If that is the case, the easiest solution would be to create another chat and make sure you upload your files to the same folder on the server as you specified in Step 1. Note: You do not have to include server folders like public_html or www in the URL.
- You have not uploaded your files to the server yet. In this case, you would just need to upload the files to your server and you will be able to log in.
- You used another program to upload your files and the file permissions are not correct. You will need to set the permissions to 777, or just upload the file using our program and the permissions will be set automatically.
