Cannot Log Into the Admin Area

There are a few reasons why you may not be able to log into the Admin area. 1. You did not upload the files to the exact URL you specified in Step 1 of the setup. If that is the case, the easiest solution would be to create another chat and make sure you upload your files to the same folder on the server as you specified in Step 1. Users can't log into your Live Chat.

The only reason we know of for this is that the Admin area is not open on your computer. In order for users to log into your Live Chat, the Admin console must be open and running on your computer. If the Admin console is not running, the users will receive the Unavailable message.
