Tell a Friend About Our Cool Software
Many times these characters will display if the text was originally written through another application (such as Word or WordPerfect) then copied and pasted into the Visual Editor. The original application does not use the same hex value to represent spaces that our software does, and so the code and html page will display squares. To correct this, you'll need to view the source code (in the Code Editor tab or Notepad) and manually delete the square characters. You can then re-enter them either through the Code Editor or Visual Editor tabs. Let us know if you have any other questions.
