Missing dhtmled.ocx in Vista
The latest release of Windows does not contain the DHTML Editing Control which our application uses to allow WYSIWYG editing. Windows XP and previous versions did have this control so they won't have the issue you're seeing. While it is no longer packaged with the operating system, you can still download it from Microsoft's website at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=b769a4b8-48ed-41a1-8095-5a086d1937cb&displaylang=en
