Selecting the Open option will allow the user to select and open previously created webpage files. HTML Editor is able to open and edit any text based file including but not limited to HTML, ASP, and PHP.   Select the file and click the Open button.   If the user wants to Open more then one file at a time, they just need to hold down the Ctrl key while selecting each file. All the files will show in the "File name:" field in the lower portion of the window.

A user can easily navigate between them by clicking on the different tabs at the bottom of the screen.
