Choosing Files Tabs from the View menu will open the left panel and display the Files tab.  This tab can also be accessed by simply clicking on the Files tab itself.  This tab allows the user to navigate through their computer to locate files.     These files can be opened from this tab in two ways.  - Right click on the file and choose Open in HTML Editor  - Click and drag the file into the edit area of the program    Clicking on this icon takes the user to their desktop     Clicking on this icon will take the user up one folder    This icon will refresh the contents of the window    Closes the panel
