Creating Custom Palettes

If you're the type of web builder that works with both the page design and the code, then you can appreciate CoffeeCup HTML Editor's color picker. Gone are the days of experimenting with hex values until the exact color is found, now all you need to do is point and click. CoffeeCup HTML Editor comes equipped with 48 basic colors, but you don't have to stop there. You can define up to 16 custom colors to define your own palette.

To create your own custom palette, follow these steps: 1.) Click on the color button to open the color pop up window. Now click on define custom colors.

2.) Select a color from the palette, then adjust the brightness of the color with the sliding bar on the right. Click Add to Custom Colors when you find the color you are happy with.

3.) Click ok, and the hex value for your selected color will be inserted into your page. Now your color's hex value is saved in the color tool. Just open the color tool later and select your custom color again to insert it.
