Cannot upload and have Norton 2005 installed
If you are using the upload feature located under File > Upload File to Server and you have recently installed Norton 2005 you will need to follow the instructions below in order to continue uploading files.
In Norton you will first need to locate the Options button. Under this button you will need to locate the Internet worm protection program control. Once you have found that you will need to add CoffeeCup HTML Editor to that list and select permit all. That should do it
If you have recently upgraded to HTML Editor 2005 you will need to go through this process again. Since the EXE files for the program have changed, Norton 2005 will not recognize the new program, which is why it has to be added again.
