Trouble with IIS 6 and Live Chat

If you uploaded the Live Chat files to your server running IIS 6 and have trouble, you will need to contact your host and have them take a look at the IUSR_ACCOUNT. The IUSR_ACCOUNT has to be assigned the directory containing the Live Chat files and it has to have MODIFY permissions in order to work.
