My Sale/Discount Price Background Image is Cut Off. (Shopping Cart Designer)
This is an issue with the theme you have chosen. To correct it, start from a theme that has includes a price background (including '80s Punk, Classical Jazz, Grandpa's Shoes, Green Borealis, and Velvet Carpet) and replace the default image with a custom image of a similar size.
If you really want to use your image, Shopping Cart Designer Pro may be a better option, since it allows full control over padding, so the Sale/Discount Price area can be adjusted to fit any image you want to use.
