This problem is caused by one of two things: Your Web hosting company does not allow sendmail to work with PHP, or your PHP is not configured to not use sendmail. Not sure what this means? Not a problem. All you have to do is get in touch with your hosting provider. They'll be able to identify which of these is the culprit and then fix it for you.
