I Can't Use the Visual Editor Tab.

Possible Error Message: No such interface supported.

Possible Error Message: A recent Microsoft security update for the DHTML editing component has been detected. This update (KB 891781) causes the Visual Editing portion of the HTML Editor to run improperly. As a result, the Visual tab will be disabled.

SolutionSome copies of Windows Vista do not contain the DHTML editing control that our application uses to allow WYSIWYG editing. Windows XP and previous versions did have this control, so they won't have this issue.

Although it is no longer packaged with the operating system, you can still download dhtmled.ocx from Microsoft's website at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=b769a4b8-48ed-41a1-8095-5a086d1937cb&displaylang=en

Possible Error Message: Visual Editor Tab not displaying at all.

SolutionWith the update to the latest version of the HTML Editor, the Visual Editor has been turned off by default. We did this to provide the best possible user experience.
