Under the HTML Settings button, there are areas for inserting HTML headers and HTML footers. If any information is entered in those areas, the settings from the HTML Settings tab will be replaced.
Since the HTML settings are CSS code, the CSS is removed so it does not interfere with any code you have manually entered in the header or footer areas.
