How to Install and Organize Web Form Builder Themes.
The following step-by-step instructions will show you how to install Web Form Builder themes and organize them within the Theme browser.
Installing Web Form Builder Themes
- Download your Web Form Builder themes from your download center. The themes will be in ZIP format.
- Make sure Web Form Builder is closed.
- Unzip your theme's ZIP file using your favorite ZIP utility or by right-clicking it and selecting Extract All. This creates a folder with the theme's name. Make sure this folder is open. Inside will be another folder with the theme's name.
- In a separate folder window, open the Web Form Builder Theme directory. This will be located at C:\Program Files\CoffeeCup Software\CoffeeCup Web Form Builder\Form Templates.
- Drag and drop your theme folder(s) to this directory.
After you have completed these steps, your themes will automatically appear in the Theme browser upon opening Web Form Builder.
Organizing Web Form Builder Themes
The steps described above will automatically organize your themes in alphabetical order. If you would prefer to organize them by type (contact forms, registration forms, lead generation forms, etc.), follow steps 1-3 above, and then use these instructions:
- Open the second folder to see all the variations of the theme.
- In a separate folder window, open the Web Form Builder Theme directory. This will be located at C:\Program Files\CoffeeCup Software\CoffeeCup Web Form Builder\Form Templates.
- In this directory, you will see two folders named Contact Forms and Submission Forms. You may also see a folder called My Forms if you saved any of your own designs as templates, as well as folders for any of the themes you may have installed. Here, you may create folders to organize your themes by type. We recommend creating folders for the four different types of themes: lead generation forms, registration forms, upload forms, and contact forms.
After completing steps 1-6, the themes will automatically appear in the groups you specified within the Theme browser.
