There are three different kinds of links you can use to connect your pages in Visual Site Designer: text, image, and button links.
Here's how to create a text link:
- Select the Text tool from the left toolbar and type some text, including the text you would like to use as a link.
- Highlight the word or words you want to appear as a link.
- Click the Link button in the top toolbar.
- Check the Use Link checkbox
- Enter the location, document, or e-mail address you want to link to using the provided options.
And here's how to create an image link:
- Select the Image tool from the left toolbar and select the image you would like to use as a link.
- Click the Link button in the top toolbar.
- Check the Use Link checkbox.
- Enter the location, document, or e-mail address you want to link to using the provided options.
Finally, here's how to create a button link:
- Select the Shapes tool from the left toolbar and create the shape you would like to use as the link button.
- Click the Object button in the top toolbar.
- In the Button Text field, enter the words you want displayed on the button.
- Click the Link icon in the top toolbar.
- Check the Use Link checkbox
- Enter the location, document, or e-mail address you want to link to using the provided options.
