To access the FTP upload schedule click on the 
button, then check the Custom FTP upload box. Now you can access the schedule under the Options button.
This box will display your current FTP upload schedule. You can add, edit or delete dates from this screen.
This screen allows you to enter the information for when the upload will take place. If you hold on to the control button, you can specify any number of days, hours, or minutes. If you hold on to the shift button, you can select a series.
