Creating a New Style Sheet
To start a new style sheet, simply click the New button in the Toolbar and select New from the drop-down menu. Now you are ready to start creating new style definitions.
When you want to test your style sheet, click the Test in Browser button in the Toolbar and choose from the drop-down menu whether you want to test in your favorite browser or your default browser. Whichever option you choose will open the browser with a list of text in common tags, so you can see how text will look in each tag.
When you are done editing your style sheet, apply it to your Webpage.
