Our program does not follow links in JavaScript, DHTML or Flash files. If you want our program to reach the pages linked from those files, add HTML links to your page, run the scan, then remove the links. This allows the program to scan your whole site while still allowing you to leave the JavaScript, DHTML and Flash in the pages.
