Once you have all your images loaded into your movie, the next step will be setting the frame rate. The frame rate will determine the transition time between images, thus either speeding up or slowing down your movie.
The frame rates for all frames are shown at the bottom of the screen. These individual frame rates can be changed to the left, under the delay settings. Using this method, you can change the delay for a certain frame.
But what if you wanted to change the frame rate for the entire movie? If you have many images in the movie, changing the frame rate one frame at a time would not be efficient. To accomplish this, you need to go to Edit > Global Frame Properties. Setting the delay on this screen will set the frame rate for the entire movie.
You should test different frame rates to get a feel for how fast a certain frame rate may play, as it will be difficult to tell the difference between a 100-frame delay and a 50-frame delay without testing.
