Help! I'm new to web design and I have a question. How do you use CSS to center the bottom navigation in a web page.

I you are not using cc software to create your page then
Have a read of this
w3schools.com/css
or google it there are many many on-line tutorials about using CSS
If you are using cc software, then it would be helpful to know which one RSD, FF or BB or just plain old HTML Editor
and you would be likely to get a quicker response to your question specific to the APP if you posted your question in the section for that app.

You auto left and right margins on the container that has the footer menu.
