Just updated my CoffeeCup Website Search software, ran my website through a search update, uploaded all the files and when I search for something now on my site, all I receive is:
"There seems to be a problem processing your request"
I tried twice more thinking maybe I screwed something up but it keeps happening and now I have no search capabilities on my site. Any suggestions?

I must admit, I have never seen that. Hmmmm. I wonder if the reason it cannot process is because the search files themselves were either never uploaded, uploaded to the wrong place, or corrupted in some way. Maybe try re-running your search and then reuploading again.

I took your advice and restarted Flash Web Search and when I open my search file to re-run the search:
"An Invalid Character Was Found In The Text Content"
Line: 22
<content> <."
What does that mean? Is that something in my code?

Did this ever get resolved? I'm trying Flash Web Search for the first time and get: There seems to be a problem processing your request

If you can, please open a support ticket for this issue and I will get one of our techs to look into this for you.
