Hi It's Alan here the newtork manager for a large firm in Australia
I Just bought Web search from coffeecup to include a search facility on our local intranet.
I have run through the wizard and publised to site. All looks good.
however whenever you do a search you get a page cannot be found error
( http://intranet/search.php?q=d ).
I have confimed that all the server publishing settings are correct.
server = \\SERVER
username = domain\administrator
password = ( our server password )
Initial local folder = \\SERVER\intranet
and I can connect, and seem to upload the files
I have also confirmed that our intranet folder has all the necessary files, seach.html, search.php, search.txt, search.swf, search.xml
Can you please help, the search is simply not wokring
we have the lastest version installed.
I would open a support ticket. Make sure you describe to them what you just posted here. You can find the ticket feature at the top of the page under account.
