I am using Website Font version 4.0 registered, and cannot get the flash fonts to display in my web pages.
I am using IE6 and Flash Player 10.
At first, I could not even see the fonts in the tool, but after I downloaded the latest Flash I could. That was a duh! moment.
When I click on the Preview button, I can see the font as it should be,in an IE window.
When I save the files and go to the newly created directory and double click on the .html file, the flash font does not work in IE. Needless to say, when I copy the websitefontdata files to my root folder, and the code to my .htm document, the font does not function.
I can, however, control the size of the font my modifying the code in my .htm document and the all.css.
I placed the html on three different machines, all with identical results.
Is there another plug-in I am forgetting here? It seems that if the preview function works just fine, then it should work. Where is my disconnect?
I cannot give a web site to view as it is located on a LAN with no internet access.
I have tried several times to attach a .txt file with the code from my .htm file, but the site says "Sorry...".
Any assistance greatly appreciated.

What program are you using to create the actual web page? There are a lot of tutorials on using WSF, including how to incorporate them into web pages using Visual Site Designer and HTML Editor. These are at:
http://www.coffeecup.com/website-font/help/tutorials/
I know from incorporating them into my VSD-created pages you have to be very particular about importing all the folders and files into the VSD environment exactly as described in the video (or else they don't get uploaded correctly to the server), and make sure the proper code is inserted into the header portion of each page which will be using the fonts.
I also had a problem displaying them in my Firefox browser that turned out to be a conflict with the Adblock plug-in.
HTH.

The code was written by hand. I have shortened it to one basic paragraph with a header title. Still no go.
I have the CC HTML Editor, but did not use it for this.
I am not familiar with Firefox or Adblock, so I cannot relate that to IE. I deliver courseware instructional manuals via html, so I only have to write for one browser in this case.

I believe there's an adblocker plug-in for IE, too, but it appears you don't use it.
Still, I'd look over the tutorial material at the link I provided and make sure there's not a step you're overlooking. If you need to see the code of some working examples, take a look at my work in progress:
http://www.spinland.biz/test
All but the index page use WSF banners under the <h1> tag, so you can see what the headers and such need to look like. Maybe it'll help.
Another possibility for getting more eyes on your code is you can copy and paste the text of a sample page into a post here. Just use the "code" tag.

Instead of attaching a text file, can you maybe upload the page you are working on to a 'test' folder on your site and provide us with a link? That way we could view the page online with IE and see if we have the same issue viewing the fonts, and we could see the code used. That would be helpfull.

Also, make sure the computers you're using have javascript turned on.
I don't have a site I can upload the code to right now since all of my content is on private LANs. Here is my code from the document:
