I need a new font for my site but can't afford to buy them. I'm licensed for CoffeeCup Website Font and downloaded SiFr font maker but am not sure if that's freeware or what.
But what I need is something that gives the impression of boldness, solidness and tallness, like a rock, yet not too tall and still professional looking, not fancy or goofy or cartoonish or anything.
Does anyone have suggestions on the best way to go about this? I've never used these programs before.

Hi Melissa,
the sIFR is freeware...
If you have the font you want on your comp, and your using VSD (I believe) then you have no need for website font, as all you need to do is add you text then select "Advanced Text" in the objects window and it will make that text an image. Website Font is basically for headers.
