Anybody else have issues?
Got the Xmas email from CC with the free offer for registered users for the CoffeeCup Website Font 4.1, click on the link and sign in.
When I try to download it tells me I can't download it because I haven't purchased anything??? Our personal site www.grandbanks42.com

I also had the E-Mail but mine worked fine. I see you have trial user on your info below your name, so maybe that is why yours download doesn't work as the free offer is for registered users only.
So I I presume you need to purchase something to become registered or If you have already purchased CoffeeCup products then you may need to contact support to have your trial name updated to registered user.
This is just a guess, I hope it helps.

I already responded to your e-mail and have your account corrected. If anyone else sees that their account is set to a Trial user, contact us and we will correct it right away.

Yes, I have the same problem. I purchased the shopping cart software but it still shows me as a trial user.

Great! I downloaded the free program and the .pdf file that comes with it. (I'll install it later, maybe). I did, however, print the manual - all 55 pages - only to discover that the page numbers do not show. There is just a little coffee cup symbol in the page footer on each page.
It is all in the details, I guess. I have an inferiority complex - but it is not a very good one.
