I've got the CoffeeCup Flash Website Font 3.4 program. It will not open completely. I've attached a screen shot. I don't see a way to redownload the program. Has this been discontinued?
Beti Ryan-Mercer,
To get upgrades or just re-download a program (most recent versions only), go to: http://www.coffeecup.com/help/myorders/
The latest version is Website Font 4.1 Bill R.

Hi Beti,
Your problem seems to be the same one that I had a little while ago with form editor, Scott helped me with pointing out that I needed to set screen fonts back to normal. This worked a treat and I am sure will for you too. Like you I was becoming frustrated and downloaded the program multible times and to no avail.
Cheers

I'll take your comments in order -
1. BillR - Thanks, but I looked there. There are two versions? One is flash (the one that's giving me problems and the other is 4.1 - that one is not flash and I have it as well.
2. Zolder - Thank you - I looked all over (what I could see of the thing) and there is nowhere I can put the fonts back to normal.
I thank you both for your help. It's great to get such nice response to something so totally frustrating. Oh well, I'll keep hoping

Hi Beti,
Have you tried right clicking on your desktop, go to properties a window opens for display properties-then going to settings and there at the bottom, click on Advanced button, there should show a DPI setting of 96 normal setting . could you try that?
Also are you using vista or IE, FF?
thanks "It's A Smart Person That Asks"

Beti Ryan-Mercer,
I still think you should upgrade to the latest version.
The latest version is Website Font 4.1, and it is a flash font version.
If you don't want to upgrade, that is fine, but most of us here either do not have a specific program, or we upgrade to the latest version.
Do you have Website Font 4.1 listed at https://www.coffeecup.com/help/myorders/? If so, download it and see if it does what you want. Bill R.

Are the Fonts listed in the store included in this program?
Thanks,
